This document (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions", "Terms of Use") defines the conditions of use of the website accessbox.app and the AccessBox product — a web accessibility widget. By accessing the website accessbox.app and any of its pages, by placing orders and by using the AccessBox product, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with this document, please do not use the website and the AccessBox product.
Product — the AccessBox web accessibility widget, available as a JavaScript script that integrates into any website.
Provider — ANINU APPS SRL, headquartered in Romania, Timiș, Ghiroda, Tax ID: 49235450, operator of the website accessbox.app.
User — any natural or legal person who accesses the website accessbox.app or who purchases and uses the Product.
Visitor — any person who accesses a website on which the Product is integrated.
Website — the domain accessbox.app and all its pages.
License — the right of use granted to the User according to the purchased plan.
AccessBox is a web accessibility widget that adds accessibility features to any website: text resize, high contrast, dark mode, color inversion, sepia mode, grayscale, highlight links, dyslexia-friendly font, reading guide, content focus, screen reader (text-to-speech) and multilingual support (RO, EN, DE, FR, ES, IT). The Product integrates through a single line of JavaScript code and requires no complex configuration. The complete list of features is available on the Features page on the accessbox.app website and is updated periodically.
AccessBox is available in three plans with a one-time payment, no recurring subscriptions:
Starter (25 EUR) — 1 website, basic features, widget hosted via AccessBox URL.
Pro (100 EUR) — unlimited websites, self-hosted, all features, 6 languages, full customization.
Custom — fully configured to your needs: custom features, additional languages, branding, dedicated integration. Contact us for a personalized quote.
Prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT. The updated list of prices and features for each plan is available on the Pricing page.
Purchasing an AccessBox plan grants the User a perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Product on the domain(s) specified in the chosen plan. The license is valid for an unlimited duration and includes future updates of the Product. The license may not be sublicensed, redistributed or resold without the prior written consent of the Provider.
Payment is made once, at the time of purchase, through the payment methods available on the website (bank card, bank transfer or other methods displayed at the time of the order). After payment confirmation, the User will receive integration instructions and access to the Product by email. For bank transfer payments, delivery is made within a maximum of 2-3 business days from confirmation of receipt.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Product, you can request a full refund of the amount paid, no questions asked, by contacting the team at contact@accessbox.app. The refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The User is not allowed to:
— redistribute, resell or sublicense the Product to third parties;
— use the Product for illegal, fraudulent purposes or in violation of the rights of others;
— modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the source code of the Product;
— remove or modify copyright attributions, logos or "Powered by AccessBox" mentions;
— use the Product on more domains than allowed by the purchased plan.
Violation of any of the above restrictions may result in license revocation without right to refund.
All intellectual property rights over the Product, including source code, design, trademark, logo and documentation, belong exclusively to the Provider (ANINU APPS SRL). Purchasing the Product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the User. Only the right of use is granted according to the purchased license. The content of the accessbox.app website, including texts, images, graphic elements and structure, is protected by copyright legislation.
The Provider collects only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the service (contact details, billing information). We do not sell or share User data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. The AccessBox widget integrated on the User's website does not collect personal data from the Visitors of that website. Accessibility preferences are stored locally in the Visitor's browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to external servers. For complete details, please consult the Privacy Policy.
The Product is provided "as is". The Provider makes every effort to ensure the correct functioning of the Product but does not guarantee that it will function without errors or interruptions on any configuration or browser. The Provider shall not be liable for:
— direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product;
— incompatibilities with other scripts, plugins or specific configurations of the User's website;
— loss of data or revenue resulting from the use of the Product;
— modifications made by the User to the source code of the Product.
The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Product.
The Provider offers technical support by email at contact@accessbox.app or through the Contact page. Response time is a maximum of 3 business days. Technical support covers: assistance with Product integration, bug reporting and fixing, clarification of available features. The Provider does not offer support for issues caused by User modifications to the source code or by incompatibilities with third-party scripts.
The User has the right to use the Product according to the purchased plan, to receive future Product updates and to receive technical support by email. The User is obligated to provide correct information at the time of purchase, to respect usage restrictions and not to infringe the Provider's intellectual property rights. The User is fully responsible for how they integrate and use the Product on their website.
The Provider undertakes to deliver the Product according to the specifications of the purchased plan, to maintain the accessbox.app website functional and accessible, to provide technical support within the specified timeframe, to protect the personal data of Users in accordance with GDPR regulations and to notify Users of any significant modification to this document. The Provider undertakes to make every effort to maintain the Product's compatibility with modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Users of the accessbox.app website have the option to subscribe to the newsletter through the form available on the website. Communications may include: Product news, updates, special offers and relevant information. Users can unsubscribe at any time with a single click on the unsubscribe link in the received email. The Provider will not send unsolicited communications to users who have not given their consent.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page, with an update of the last modification date. Continued use of the website or the Product after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, the Provider will notify Users by email.
Any disputes between the Provider and the User shall be resolved amicably. If an amicable solution cannot be found within 30 business days from the date of registering the complaint, the dispute shall be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
This document is subject to the legislation in force in Romania. All rights and obligations of the parties are governed by Romanian law, regardless of the User's domicile or registered office.
